Angel receives mum’s prayers as she clocks 22

Angel was raised by her grandmother who lives in Ghana and she is still very close to the controversial BBnaija season 6 housemate

BBNaija season 6 “Shine Ya Eye” finalist, Angel Smith, simply known as Angel, was showered with praises and prayers by her mum as she celebrates her 22nd birthday.

The self acclaimed writer in the early hours of Sunday shared videos of herself partying at a club to mark her new age on her Instagram page.

Angel also wrote on her Twitter page, “22 today but A21 for life; a legacy.”

Her mother, Titi, who currently resides in Ghana, also took to her Instagram page to eulogise and shower prayers on her daughter as she marked the new age.

The elated mum who was a vocal supporter of the BBnaija star while she was on the show, expressed her happiness at the celebration.

“My heart is full. I feel like singing and dancing to the melody of thanksgiving. It’s my daughter’s birthday! A brand new day in a brand new year heralds a new chapter filled with promises and hope.

“The day is bright and beautiful. It is a sign of wonderful things ahead. Happy birthday. my bambina

” The joy of the Lord shall be your strength. His light will shine upon your ways. When the enemy of your soul comes against you like a flood, the spirit of the living God shall raise a standard.

“You shall live to fulfill your destiny in Jesus name. Enjoy your day, sweetie pie. Your number one cheerleader is cheering you on. I love you my sunshine. Happy birthday.” she wrote. 

Titi, who had Angel at the age of 16, once revealed that she encouraged her daughter to participate in BBNaija season 6 having missed out in the TV reality show herself.
