BBNaija’s Angel advocates banning babies from flights

Angel argued that babies and toddlers are usually noisy, and for that reason, they ought to be left at home by their parents

Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) star, Angel Smith has caused a buzz online after suggesting that babies and toddlers should be banned from boarding flights. 

The reality star took to her Twitter page recently to call for the ban, while sharing her thoughts on why airlines should not allow these title ones onboard.

According to Angel, babies and toddlers are usually noisy and cause a lot of distractions and for that reason, their parents ought to leave them at home while traveling. 

She tweeted, “They need to ban babies/toddlers from being able to board flights. Leave those noisy coco felons at home.”

It did not take long for Angel’s controversial tweet to attract a deluge of backlash with many berating her for describing children as “noisy coco felons.”

However, there were a few other netizens who found her comment amusing.

A tweep identified as nks_kitchen wrote: “When you have yours, airdrop it to your destination. I don’t understand how people reason sha ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️” 

Another internet year myskin_doctrine said: “But this girl is just catching pure cruise! From her description, she finds them cute am I the only one interpreting it this way?” 

meenahofbeautypro added: “Sense is really far from this girl ….can’t blame you tho.” 

Another netizen debargainfashion wrote: “I hope this rule still stands when you have your own babies.” 

Toiyoabasi1 said: “I have been behind a baby before they make you wanna go cràzy and their parents won’t even apologize.” 

While zinny_cleo wrote: “Just maybe when you have a child of your own in future you can waybill the child to your destination and board a flight for yourself so your journey can be peaceful with less noise, EFULEFU.”
