She wrote, “These celebrities and how they behave. Timaya nearly killed my sister this morning. He hit her with his car and ran at Ikate a few hours ago.

“She is at the hospital right now in serious pain and the funniest part is that I messaged him on Instagram to do the needful, but this wicked fellow blocked me after reading my message.”

A week after the accident, the victim at the centre of the controversy, Osinubi Damilola, broke her silence and took to her Instagram page to narrate her ordeal.

According to her, the singer, after hitting her, ran away and left her in the pool of her blood.

In a lengthy IG post, Damilola said, “Not only that he dragged me on the road where I sustained injuries on my face, my two knees, my right hand, all my acrylic nails forcefully pulled out before I knew it, he ran away leaving me in my own pool of blood.

“Then passerby rushed me to a nearby pharmacy where I managed to call my husband before I was later taken to Reddington Hospital where I received about 15 stitches on my face and other treatment was administered before I was later discharged later in the evening and was taken to General hospital for further treatment.”

She disagreed with the singer’s assertion that he didn’t notice he hit a car and accused him of bullying her because she is a woman.

She added, “How can you tell the whole world you didn’t notice you hit a car? I knocked on your side window to draw your attention only for you to bully me as a woman,”

Damilola also called out the 41-year-old singer for not being remorseful and for not reaching out to her since the incident occurred, calling on the appropriate authorities to ensure she gets justice.

Timaya Inetimi @timayatimaya you are wicked and heartless. You painted your wicked act of hit and run with emotion.

“Your conscience will continue to judge you cause you intentionally hit me off with your green G wagon boasting that you are a celebrity.

“Your lawyer came and sympathised with me in the general hospital at about 10:30 pm and your lawyer said this is too much for someone to let it slide.

“The pains you inflicted on me by your recklessness and no respect for womanhood. The permanent scar you inflicted on me intentionally. All I want is justice as he isn’t feeling remorse because he should not go scot free to serve as a deterrent for others.” Damilola said.
