Kannywood actress, Hadiza Gabon, to appear before a Sharia Court over refusal to marry man

The complainant said after expending nearly N400k on Hadiza Gabon, she dumped him without, the reason he approached a Sharia Court for justice

A man who claims to have almost N400,000 on a Kannywood actress, Hadiza Gabon, has dragged her to a Sharia Court. Among his prayers is that the court should compel the beautiful Hausa actress to marry him.

The complainant in the case is Bala Musa, a civil servant based in Kaduna State.

According to NAN, the complainant made the case against the actress over her refusal to marry him.

Both parties appeared before a Shari’a court in Kaduna state on Monday.

The complainant told the court that he had been in a relationship with Hadiza Gabon. He also allegess that she promised to marry him.

“So far I have spent N396,000 on her. Anytime she asks for money, I give her without hesitation with the hope that we will marry,” he said.

“She also failed to show up in Gusau, Zamfara where I live after I made all arrangements to host her.”

The case was first heard on May 23 but the defendant was not in court after being served.

On her part, the defendant, Hadiza Gabon, was represented by her counsel Mubarak Kabir.

Kabir said his client was not sure of the authenticity of the summon.

“My client’s position as a celebrity attracts different kinds of people with different intentions. She is very vigilant regarding her safety and security,” he said.

Kabir prayed to the court to give him more time to produce his client in court.

Rilwanu Kyaudai, the judge, adjourned the matter until June 13.

Hadiza Gabon was Born in Libreville, the Republic of Gabon. She is the daughter of Malam Aliyu who is an elder statesman. On her father’s side, Hadiza Aliyu is of Gabonese descent, and on her mother’s side, she is of Fulani ancestry from Adamawa StateNigeria.

Hadiza Gabon attended primary and secondary schools in her birth country where she wrote her A-Level examination with an aspiration to become a lawyer and later chose Law as her favourite degree course. She started her university year as a student but had to drop out of school due to some issues that trailed her studies.

Hadiza’s education was halted then and that gave her the opportunity to attend a diploma programme in French Language and later became a French-language teacher in a private school.
