PDP blows away Banky W’s political hopes after naming another winner for Eti Osa federal constituency

Banky W reportedly wins the Eti Osa Federal Constituency, but the PDP listed another person, Aigbong Sam as the winner and not Banky W.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has given young Nigerians another dose of shock after Peter Obi’s resignation.

Obi resigned from the PDP fearing that the party’s delegates were more interested in money than ideas on how to make the country better.

Peter Obi’s exit from the PDP was already creating bad blood for the party among young Nigerians who think he represents their ideal choice, only for another shocker to hit them. barely 72 hours after music star, Banky W reportedly wins the Eti Osa Federal Constituency, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) listed another person, Aigbong Sam as the winner and not Banky W.

In the results sheet submitted at the party’s national headquarters at Wadata Plaza, Aigbong Sam scored 23 votes while seven votes were recorded for Banky W. That decision has left a sour taste in the mouth of Nigerians who saw the vote counts with Banky W scoring 28 votes. But that turns out to be a parallel primary.

Activist and convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju said the PDP is cursed.

He said: “PDP is cursed. Banky W didn’t get the ticket according to their latest evil scheme, all they care about is dollars…Kai, I’m sincerely tired of this country. We are in a serious mess. The generation of our children is in trouble.”

Nollywood actor Yul Edochie immediately reacted saying “My brother, politics in Nigeria is all about money. 90% of the political parties are set up to make money. They don’t care about the state of the country. That’s why APC sold form for 100m. When I ran for Governor in 2017 my party people nearly fought me cos I wasn’t sharing money.”
