One hundred percent of Mavin directors are women, says Don Jazzy

In commemoration of International Women’s Day, Mavin boss, Michael Collins Ajereh, known professionally as Don Jazzy has revealed his organisation thrives on gender inclusion.

The 39-year-old Chief Executive Officer of the Record label joined the long list of male celebrities who celebrated the female gender during International Women’s Day.

Don Jazzy took to his Instagram page to celebrate the women in his establishment, saying, those who run his record label, some artistes on his label, and a large percentage of his employees are women. 

He wrote, “100 % of Mavin Directors are women, 45% of Mavin staff are women. 25% of Mavin artistes are women (past and present).” 

The Mavin Record boasts of several female singers both past and present, some of them are Tiwa Savage, Di’ja, and Ayra Starr.

He also shared photos of the beautiful women in the organisation and wrote, “Cheers to the women at Mavin. You’re exactly what the world needs and we are so grateful to have you! #breakthebias”

The online community has commended Don Jazzy for structuring his business around women and giving them the platform to excel.
